I think words are a great way to deliver Wellness. I’m a therapist by trade and provide my service mostly in a face to face and therapeutic setting. Over the years, I’ve gained much valuable experience from people I’ve had the privilege of helping. Through writing a blog, I hope to reach out to people who may need a few encouraging words or some guidance on things that are related to our day to day life. Not only that, people don’t need to schedule an appointment with me and can still benefit from what I have to offer. So why not?
